This direct push technology has many advantages over the use of conventional drill rigs. The direct push method of sampling allows us to obtain discreet soil and ground water samples without producing any soil cuttings and with only minimal disturbance to the subsurface. Additionally, the direct push sampling events go much faster than conventional drilling methods.
